Role: Sales Manager
. Identify appropriate leads within a given territory for outbound sales.
. Qualify and prospect outbound leads to generate opportunities.
. Identify the right stakeholders in a mid to large sized organization as potential customers of Fleetx products.
. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team targets.
. Build & Lead the sales process for the company.
. Have depth knowledge of the fleetx products and should be able to gather requirements and explain the possible solution to the clients.
. Work with product and tech team to ensure the delivery of right product.
. Proven Sales Records and have at least 3-4 years of work experience.
. Preferred experience in fleet and logistics sector.
. Should be able to adapt to a long sales cycle and should be able to establish credibility with decision makers of mid to large sized companies.

Role: Customer Success Executive
. Understand customer complains and resolve quickly.
. Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
. Understand customer requirements and co-ordinate with tech team to get the resolution.
. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account.
. Work collaboratively with the sales team members to achieve team targets.
. Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
. Problem-solving attitude.
. Aptitude for learning tech products.
. Customer relationship management.
Role: Software Engineer - Frontend
. JS design patterns and concepts of OOPS and functional programming in JS.
Role: Software Engineer - Backend
. Java/J2EE, Spring Boot and design patterns.
. Implementation of algorithms and use of advanced data structures.
. Good grasp of algorithms, memory management and multithreaded programming.
. Strong knowledge on data structures and designing for performance, scalability.
