The product analyzes historical trip patterns of vehicles live on the fleetx platform to determine which routes trucks most commonly take and why. It provides visibility into the percentage of vehicles using a particular route, the average time taken considering stoppages, expected delays, safety indicators, risky stoppages, and the overall efficiency of different route options. It also enables enterprises to understand the toll and trip economics associated with each route, helping them make more informed decisions that balance speed, safety, and cost. By learning from millions of past trips on the fleetx platform, the system provides a ground-truth representation of how freight moves in India, rather than relying on theoretical map estimates.

Truckable Routes also gives enterprises the ability to detect route deviations in real time, helping logistics teams ensure that drivers follow the recommended paths. This has significant implications for safety, risk mitigation, and OTIF improvement, as deviations often lead to delays, unplanned stoppages or movement through unsafe corridors.With standardized route recommendations across plants, vendors, and transport partners, companies can bring greater predictability and discipline to their logistics operations.
